Gregg Cantelmo (Senior Pastor)
Pastor Gregg has been married since 1976 to his best friend, Kim. They have three children: Anthony, Sarah and Ashley. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in philosophy and then received his Masters of Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary. Gregg is committed to personal discipleship, leadership training, team ministry, and mssions. He is studying for his Doctorate of Ministry degree and is an adjunct missionary with JARON Ministries International. For more about Pastor Gregg, visit the Our Pastor page.


Chris Van Dyke (Pastor of Student Ministries)
Chris was born and raised in Phoenix but moved to Prescott, AZ for high school where he fell in love with the outdoors, cooler weather and smaller towns. He moved back to Phoenix to continue his schooling at Arizona State University in electrical engineering. Shortly after beginning this degree, Chris was called to ministry and changed his major to Christian Ministries – Youth at Southwestern College. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in his field.
Chris and his wife April were both volunteering with the youth ministry at their church when they met and began dating in 2001. They were married two years later in July 2003. Their first child, Elsie, was born on January 25, 2006. Chris has been working with Junior and Senior High School age students since 1997. He has been the Pastor of Student Ministries at Bridgeway Community Church since April 2004. His ministry goal is to be a dedicated disciple of Christ who wins the lost, establishes the found, and equips them to be Great-Commission, Great-Commandment disciples who repeat the process.

Margaret Reis (Ministry Assistant)
Though born and raised in Tennessee, she has lived in Arizona since 1987. Her three grown children and three little grandchildren are joys to her. Bridgeway became their church home in 1997, and she has enjoyed being involved here as Ministry Assistant for many years. She loves the variety of working behind the scenes in administrative work, as well as participating in the lives of people here, whether seekers, new believers or long-time followers of Jesus.
